First time trying sports clip, didnt open till noon, could not even sign In till noon, at 1 minute after, could not sign up, so called, was told 2 hour wait, and could not make a appt., havent even had haircut from there, and done with them..

I will preface this comment with saying that I've gone to this location for years. I tried to do online sign in around 4:30 and it said it wasnt working and to just call in. I called shortly thereafter and asked the lady to please check me in since i was driving from far away. Instead of helping me I got attitude and was told she couldnt help me. I chose to just keep driving and hope for the best. My wife and I showed up and the same voice from the phone was the person who "greeted" us. It was around 5:15-5:20 and she basically said if you check in youll keep one of us here past 6 oclock. We were shocked at her attitude and lack of professionalism. I honestly chose not to sign in because I was afraid of recieving a below average cut.

Checked in online wait time of an hour showed up when advised waited another 25 minutes on deck and then saw my name go to another 25 minutes when the stylist took a walk in. No more sports clips for me. Bad business model
