Jen B. Is terrible. She was to do a simple undercut for my daughter. My daughter asked for a v shape. Jen B. Did as she wanted regardless of what the client expressed. Once complete with butchering Jen B didn’t even offer to show her client how uneven the cut was. Jen B then blamed her inability to cut even lines on the placement of her clients ears. Clearly unprofessional. Clearly knew she had messed up. Then once I told her I will go home and fix my child’s hair and align her line, she suggested for me not to and didn’t even bother to offer to fix what she had messed up. Please go to Kenita, she does her best to ensure her customers are satisfied. Kenita is very patient.

Overpriced for the service provided. Inexperienced barbers which caused a slower the necessary process. Basic skin fade left lines after identified and when the barber tried to correct didn’t rectify the situation due to the barber leaving the guard on.

They are never on time. They are overly busy not soley because of popularity but because of how far behind they tend to be. Website tells you to show up at one time, and you'll be waiting for 30mins after that. Poorly run store, you can go to a actual barber across the street and get a better cut for the same price

I wish i didn't even have to give 1 star... my sons hair is completely botched. I asked for no length taken off the top and the first stylist messed that completely up, got nervous and had to put my son in another stylists chair.... she managed to mess it up even worse. If I could post pictures of my sons head .. I promise nobody would EVER go there!!!!

My haircut from Crystal was the worst I’ve ever had at this location. She didn’t compare sideburns. They were completely uneven. Asked her to fix it and she tried but failed. I asked her not to clip the front and the first thing she did was front to back buzz. Never had a chance to stop her. She also didn’t run the buzzer through my hair anywhere near enough. Nothing was even. I had long hairs everywhere. I went home and cut off nearly a whole head of hair using the exact same size clipper trying to make everything even. Don’t get me wrong, she was nice but she wasn’t at all focused on a good haircut. She wanted to rush me out by the look of it.

As a loyal customer, I have been coming to Sports Clips for at least a year and a half. I tip the stylist $5 every time ($25) because I enjoyed there service. Unfortunately, yesterday, my hair was not cut very well by a new in-training stylist. Obviously, I didn't recognize how poorly it was cut until I showered and noticed that the top back of my hair had not been cut, some inconsistencies with the fade, and some uneven hair cuts where my hair is combed over. I went back the next day thinking it would be a simple fix and probably wouldn't take any longer than 10 minutes. I spoke with the manager (not by request) and mentioned the deficiencies in my hair cut. I was told I'd have to wait to have it fixed and the wait time was over 1 hour in which I mentioned to the manager. I nicely asked if there's anything they can do now. The manager offered for me to come back the next day and she would have it fixed. There wasn't anything else she could offer me. She didn't even ask for my name, who cut my hair, or even look at my haircut. She didn't give me any reassurance or apologize on behalf of the stylist. It's unfortunate that Sports Clip would lose a loyal customer over something that could have been fixed in 10 minutes. I will not be coming back and hope that in the future Sports Clip has a better policy and provide better training for new stylist on the floor such as having the trainer review the haircut before the customer leaves.

Adrienne was fantastic, she explained all of the services that were available to me. I had asked for a fade and she asked if I wanted a medium fade and gave me one of the best hair cuts I have in awhile. This was my very first time in a Sports Clips and found it to be a very relaxing and enjoyable visit. I will definitely be returning to this location again.
